With them, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works allowed in the process of conformity assessment of construction products intended for fire protection, fire alarm, fire extinguishing, fire and smoke management and explosion prevention, for which there are no harmonized technical specifications, to participate bodies for conformity assessment with national requirements.
On 11.08.2020 the latest amendments and supplements to Regulation № RD-02-20-1 of 5 February 2015 on the terms and conditions for the use of construction products in the construction works of the Republic of Bulgaria entered into force.
